In
the fast paced world of computer technology keeping-up with
the advances is an ever expanding job. This is what a major
NYC computer training center experienced and it proved to
be a major problem with ongoing physical expansion and continual
re-shuffling of personnel, offices, and classroom space.
The training
center's telecommunications specialist ran into major problems
trying to keep-up with the system changes. He heard about
Pioneers Unlimited from two of their major customers, and
called us for some assistance.

Unlimited was hired to perform an evaluation and a consultation.
The projected growth and ongoing mobility of the center's
staff proved to be an involved in-depth and complex service
of system configuration. Continuing patch work solutions would
only exasperate the problems and eventually resulted in a
major failure of communications.

Unlimited took on this extremely complex and influx project.
The major objective was to provide the client a simple means
of re-routing numbers, tracking offices and personnel, and
allowing for space/system expansion.

Unlimited was able to untangle the network system and reconfigure
a user friendly interface that offered maximum system flexibility
and growth.
