Access to this feature and all of its customer specific information is restricted to their job/account only, protected by "Login" and "Password" sign in registration.

"Customer Web Ticketing" will allow a customer to monitor the progress of their specific job. No playing telephone tag. No waiting for e-mails. FreeRide (available now)
FreeRide is a new product manufactured by Telrad Connegy. FreeRide is a flexible IP station that extends all Telrad Connegy SLT features across an IP network. Each FreeRide station's gateway supports two SLT ports that can be connected to two different SLT ports in a UNITe system. The FreeRide Gateway supplies all communications between the UNITe system and a company's LAN.
